Attire and Dress Code

The wedding theme is enchanted forest, so please come bringing the most whimsical look you can! Think woodland chic, earthy elegance, fairytale magic. The general color scheme is earth tones, so here is a palette we would like you to draw inspiration from. We do not want anyone to come in black tie, this is a forest wedding after all!

Where to stay

Hotel Block (deadline 3/01)

We have reserved an entire hotel for June 19-21! The Ritz Inn in San Bruno, which is located 5 minutes from the San Francisco Airport and 1 hour from the venue. Belle and Finn will be staying here! The rates start at $90 and go up to $110 a night. There are 24 rooms available.

Ritz Inn

151 El Camino Real, San Bruno, CA 94066

(650) 589-3553

Please call and say you are with Finn and Belle's wedding for 6/19-6/21, they will put a hold on the room of your choice (king bed, queen bed, or 2 queen beds) and you will pay when you arrive on June 19th.

Overflow Hotel

If we reach capacity at the Ritz Inn, there is a sister hotel 3 blocks down the road.

Gateway Inn and Suites

516 El Camino Real, San Bruno, CA 94066

(650) 583-4555

They have similarly priced rooms but we do not have a block set up here, so you do not need to book by 2/7. That being said, we do recommend booking sooner rather than later due to the FIFA game happening in San Jose that same weekend.

AirBnb and VRBO Rentals

If you are going with a group or looking for something a bit closer to the venue, we recommend looking at rentals in La Honda, Boulder Creek, and Saratoga.

FREE Camping

We have reserved 4 campsites walking distance from the venue in the beautiful Portola Redwoods State Park! Please reach out to Finn (626) 298-1974 if you would like to stay at one of the sites we booked. Each campsite has a 5 person capacity. There are coin op showers, bathrooms, and parking spots at the campsites. We can also help provide gear if that is something you need!

Travel

Airport

The closest airport to the venue and the hotel block is San Francisco International Airport (SFO). We recommend booking your flight sooner rather than later due to the FIFA game happening in San Jose the same weekend.

Carpooling

Parking at our venue is very limited, so carpooling on the wedding day is not only recommended, but required! Below you will find a form to fill out that will give us information needed to matchmake those who will have a car with those who will be in need of a ride. Please fill it out as soon as possible!

Q + A

What is the RSVP Deadline?

Please have your RSVP in by no later than March 2nd, 2026.

Can I bring a plus one?

We would love to invite everyone, but due to the capacity restraints of our venue, we unfortunately cannot offer any plus ones at this time. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the food situation?

There will be hors d'oeuvres during mocktail hour, followed by a late lunch after the ceremony. There will be carnivore, pescatarian, and vegan options. Instead of cake, we will be serving ice cream and sorbet in true summertime wedding fashion! ***For those with dietary restrictions and allergies, there will be gluten/dairy/nut free options as well.***

Will there be alcohol served?

This a dry venue, so we will not be serving alcohol. Not to worry though, there will be lots of other tasty beverages! IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If a ranger catches you with alcohol, you will be fined $250.

What is the venue situation?

The ceremony space is an outdoor amphitheater, shaded by the stunning redwoods with an accessible pathway. The reception area is directly across a paved path from the ceremony amphitheater, and is outdoor but covered.

What is the parking situation?

Parking is very tight, so carpooling will be required. For more information on that, please see the "travel" section. There is also a $10 day fee for each car that parks on site. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: there is no service in the park, so rideshare services will not be an option.

What time do I need to get there?

Arrive at 12 noon sharp! Due to the parking situation, we strongly recommend that in addition to carpooling, you allot ample time to park.

What do I wear?

Please refer to the dress code section! No black tie or all-white.

What is the bathroom situation?

There are bathrooms on site at the venue within walking distance of both the ceremony and reception spaces.

What about a registry?

Please refer to the "registry" section!

Registry Donation

We understand that you are traveling from far and wide to celebrate our love, so by no means are gifts expected. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! But for those interested, we are setting up a honeymoon road trip fund in lieu of traditional gifts. Once we're hitched, we are heading back to LA to pack up and move to Nashville for Finn to pursue grad school. This fund would allow us to expand our drive across the country into a honeymoon road trip filled with exploring natural wonders, adventuring through national parks, and making precious memories as we skip our merrily married way across the country to our next adventure.

We are asking that if you feel inclined to give us a gift that it be a donation toward our road trip fund! Thank you for your endless love and support as we embark on our exciting next chapter together.

Thank You
